The prices offered on Traveldilse.com generally include taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special case some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). Pricing does not include any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal services, tips, entrance fee to any monuments etc.

To avail the travel facility or services through Traveldilse.com, you have to give some part of your payment in advance to get the booking confirmation.

To make online payments you can use Visa and Master Cards. Traveldilse.com offers a safe transaction process and ensures that your personal security codes are not revealed to anyone. For international advance payments, you can use Wire Transfer facility and transfer amount into our bank account with the additional charges levied by the banks. We also accept Bank Draft, Cheque and cash in exceptional cases.

    The customer acknowledges that the SMS sent by Traveldilse.com is an added facility for the convenience of the customers. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. If you don’t receive any SMS for any reason, Traveldilse.com is not liable for the same.

    Traveldilse.com is not responsible to provide information about any change in flight schedules, cancellation and status of airline or hotel etc.

    Booking Policy for Air Travel

    In case of increase in the fare in the issuance of the air ticket by airlines, miscalculation in amount due to server error and from the banks payment gateway issue then Traveldilse.com reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference of amount should be paid to Traveldilse.com after the communication from Traveldilse.com to avoid any discomfort.

    You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

    To get an infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents at the time of check-in for the flight or hotel and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you are booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above then you need to make a separate booking as a child.

    All the bookings made and tickets issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Vendors.

    Flight amendments and cancellation policy

    • Every booking made on Traveldilse.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.
    • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
    • Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.
    • Cancellations can be made by sending an email to Traveldilse.com
    • We assist you in making various amendments in your airline bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.
    • Amendment charges on Traveldilse.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.
    • To cancel the tickets within 24 hours of journey, Traveldilse.com recommends customer to contact the airlines directly and after that, send the cancellation request on ourwebsite for refunds.
    • In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charges. After flight departure and in case of a No Show, we don t entertain any cancellation request.
    • Holiday amendments and cancellation policy

      Traveldilse.com (Company) has the right to terminate the contract after acceptance of the deposit but prior to the commencement of tour without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event the company terminates the Contract, the company shall refund the initial deposit amount without payment of any interest.

      To amend, alter vary or withdraw any tour, holiday excursion or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute an independent Contractor of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case , the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the Clients or for any compensation claims made.

      No person other than the Company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation term or condition in this brochure.

      In the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary, after such tour or holiday has been booked, the Client shall have the right

      To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered To accept any alternative tour or holiday which the company may offer. In either of these cases the Client shall not be entitled or the Company shall not be liable to the client for any damage. Additional expenses, consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund.

      Health & Safety:

      Traveldilse.com shall in no circumstance whatsoever will be liable to the client or any person travelling for Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused. Any act, omission, default or Independent Contractor or other person or be any servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.

      The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused in this condition the expression “Howsoever caused” No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.

      If the Client has any complaint in respect of the services provided by any of the Independent Contractors, the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the Independent Contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the Tour Manager of the Company in order to enable the Company to take up the matter with the Independent Contractor so that in future other Clients do not face the same difficulty.

      It is hereby declared that the immunities provided under these Terms and Condition shall be available to the Company’s Managers, including Tour Managers, employees, servants and agents but not to the Independent Contractor selected by the Company

      Each of this condition shall be severable from the other end if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable. The remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect.

      Insurance

      The tour cost does not include any cost towards the Travel / Mediclaim Insurance premium. In case if the Client needs an Insurance coverage, it is suggested to go for a suitable insurance policy on your own. The client has to deal directly with the Insurance company in case of settlement of any claim. The toll-free number is available on your policy document. Traveldilse.com or its subsidiary companies or agents has no role to play in this regard. Details of the insurance coverage are available with our sales team.

      Meals

      The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each tour itinerary and inclusions. The meals will be served either at the restaurants of hotel of stay or the same could be arranged a local restaurant. The enroute meals or meals during excursions could be packed meals or served by enroute / local restaurant / dhabas. We cannot process a special meal nor do we guarantee the special diet to the customer. We however, reserved the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. if a tour participant does not avail his/her meal in stipulated time; he /she has to avail the meal on his/her own arrangement and expenses. No claim can be made for the meal which he/she has missed and not utilized.

      Itinerary Changes

      For the comfort and convenience of the passengers, we will sometime reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary. We will try to advise guest of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a tour participant misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

      Hotel

      We have mentioned the indicative names of the Hotels for each tour. We reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternate similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during the stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the company will not be liable for the same.

      Transport / Coach / Sitting

      Transfer from one tour to another

      A transfer from one tour to another of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on the tour, thereby, attracting the cancellation charges as stated in these terms and a fresh booking on another.

      Holiday Cancellation

      Refunds

      Refunds (if any) for amendments and / or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for booking made directly with the Company by way of Wire Transfer / draft / crossed cheque / cash at the discretion of the company. There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotels, and Sightseeing etc.) for any reason whatsoever.

      Traveldilse.com will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/company.

      Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly to customers account after receiving the refund amount from the airlines.

      Traveldilse.com will process refund only after receiving it from the concerned airlines/hotels/transporters/other vendors.

      Refunds in cases where Airline/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt

      Traveldilse.com shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airline/Hotel closes don its operations or declares itself as insolvent/bankrupt.

      The customers, clients or agents shall not hold Traveldilse.com liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airline/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent/bankrupt.
